Refund of the purchase amount

As soon as we have received your return and approved it as properly, we will refund the purchase price. However, we can only take back unused items. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we will reject the returned orders. In this case, the purchase price will not be refunded. Heating mats that have already been cut cannot be taken back.
