Delivery in Switzerland

All orders with a minimum value of CHF 100.- including tax are delivered free of charge in Switzerland.

For orders of less than CHF 100.- including tax, we charge CHF 9.- for shipping costs.

We ship orders as soon as possible, upon receipt of payment. Orders are delivered by Swiss Post, Postpac Economy, delivery in 2 working days from Monday to Friday.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package which can be viewed here: https://service.post.ch/ekp-web/ui/list

If their size allows it, the parcels are normally left by the postman in the annex compartment of the letter box. If you want the package to be delivered to the doorstep, you can already indicate this when depositing.

Distribution in the auxiliary box or in front of the entrance door of the building = Included Letter carriers deposit the item in the in the annex compartment of the letterbox or in front of the door of the building without informing the addressee (and without submitting an invitation to collect an item). Attention, in this case, any responsibility is excluded in the event of disappearance of the parcel.

In case of absence, unless otherwise specified, you will receive a transit advice note in your mailbox, inviting you to collect your package from the post office.
